THANKS TO ALL THE SUPPORTERS WHO MADE OUR SUMMER PROGRAM A TOP FIVE SUMMER PROGRAM FOR 2019 IN COLORADO PARENT MAGAZINE!

The Summer Explorers Program has been designed for children of all ability levels, ages 6-12, to have fun, build friendships, and prevent summer learning loss. During the 6 week program, participants develop academic, social, and community safety skills while they have fun exploring their community and surrounding areas.

DAILY ACTIVITIES AND FIELD TRIPS

Our morning activities as well as our afternoon outings relate to our weekly themes.  Morning academic activities include a mix of literacy and math, arts and crafts, STEM experiments, and practicing social skills.

Most outings stay in the Denver / Aurora area, while some outings will venture into nearby suburbs. Here's a list of past field trips:

Aurora Fox Theater

Museum of Outdoor Art

ArtSpark

Elvis Cinemas

Wings over the Rockies

Foley Museum

Skate City

Nature and Science Museum

Gate's Planetarium

Littleton Museum

MAD Science

Dino Ridge

Pirate's Cove

Putter Pride

Dart Mania

Jungle Quest

Jumpoline

All of these outings provide opportunities for your child to build self-confidence while exploring their community with a qualified and licensed professional for true experiential learning. Our teacher to student ratio is 1:4, to maximize learning for all participants and to ensure each child is well supervised throughout the day. We practice specific skills such as social skills, money management, community safety, healthy eating, and much more!
