WHO’S INVITED?

Kids of all abilities in the Denver metro area between the ages of 6 and 12.

 

WHEN AND WHERE IS IT?

Monday, July 12 - Thursday, July 15

Monday, July 19 - Thursday, July 22 

9:00am - 2:30pm

 

We use a space inside First Plymouth Church of Denver

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

$425 per week, $50 registration fee*

*Sign up during Early Bird Registration and get your registration fee waived 

 

WHAT WILL PARTICIPANTS DO EACH DAY?

The Summer Explorers Program provides participants with the opportunity to experience new and interesting places in their community, while developing social and community safety skills.

Daily Schedule

Mindful Mornings:

Check in

Daily Yoga

Literacy Connection- Social Story

Indoor craft, game, or team-building activity

​Lunch:

Bring sack lunch each day, snacks are provided 

Afternoon Adventures:

Hands-on learning with local experts and field trips exploring the community!

 

WHAT ABOUT COVID AND SAFETY?

  • All participants and teachers will be required to wear masks when indoors and when not eating or drinking. 

  • Social distancing will happen as much as possible, and activities will take place outdoors when possible. 

  • Hand washing and sanitizing routines are built into the day, particularly around lunch/snack times. 

  • Our staff are fully licensed Master teachers with current CPR/First Aid training. Our teacher to student ratio is maximum 1 to 5, so you can rest assured your child will be well cared for during each day.  

 

WHEN CAN I REGISTER?

 

Early Bird Registration opens April 6 - April 30. If you register during this time, your registration fee is waived.

About the Summer Explorers Program

Our summer camp has provided fun, safe, experiential learning opportunities for kids of all abilities since 2018. Open to children ages 6-12, participants start each day with team-building and social stories, social emotional learning, and building positive friendships. Each day includes a daily outing or activity around the Denver Metro area to continue the experiential learning and fun.
