Through this district partnership, Hopkins Education Services is offering small-group programming for banded age groups as well as individualized one-on-one support, designed to meet students where they are academically, socially, and emotionally. Our work is grounded in evidence-based instruction, social-emotional learning, and a deep respect for neurodiversity.
Whether your child benefits most from collaborative learning with peers or from targeted, individualized support, our experienced educators are here to help students build skills, confidence, and momentum going into the next school year.

ESY Small Groups and One-on-One Tutoring Support
Social Skills Group for Neurodivergent Learners: Pre-K
A joyful, in-person play group designed to help young children learn how to be kind friends, calm their bodies, and play together with confidence. This group is especially supportive for neurodivergent preschoolers who benefit from extra modeling, structure, and gentle coaching. 🌈 What We Practice Taking Turns Waiting, sharing, and joining play. Using Words Asking for help, expressing feelings, and saying “stop” in a strong, kind voice. Big Feelings Support Learning simple ways to calm our bodies when we feel mad, sad, or frustrated. Playing Together Working as a team during games, art, movement, and pretend play. 🎈 How We Learn Preschoolers learn best through play! Each session includes: Structured play and free play with coaching Songs, movement, and hands-on activities Visual supports and simple social stories Gentle, real-time guidance from experienced educators Children practice skills in the moment, with lots of encouragement and celebration. 🌟 Our Approach We use research-based, play-centered strategies that support early social development in a safe, nurturing environment. Our approach is strengths-based and tailored to each child’s developmental level.

Social Skills Group for Neurodivergent Learners: Grades 3-5
An engaging, in-person program designed for neurodivergent kids to learn and practice essential social skills in a fun, supportive setting. 🧩 Key Focus Areas: Communication & Social Cues Relationship Building Emotional Regulation Problem-Solving 🎭 Interactive Activities: Through role-playing, discussions, and guided practice, participants build confidence, strengthen social skills, and develop meaningful connections—all facilitated by experienced educators. 🌐 Proven Methodology: We proudly use the Social Thinking® Curriculum to ensure an evidence-based, effective approach.

Resilient O.N.E. Leadership Program (Ages 12–21)
A structured, experiential leadership program designed to help neurodivergent teens and young adults build self-awareness, resilience, and real-world skills for greater independence. Resilient O.N.E. (Ownership • Neurodivergent • Empowerment) supports students in developing emotional regulation tools, strengthening communication skills, and building daily habits that promote academic, vocational, and life success. This proven Hopkins Education Services program reflects our expertise in supporting students with ADHD, autism, learning differences, anxiety, and other neurodivergent profiles—especially those preparing for increased independence and postsecondary transitions. 🌟 What We Practice Ownership Building personal responsibility, agency, and leadership identity. Neurodivergent Identity Affirming diverse ways of thinking and developing strength-based self-understanding. Empowerment & Self-Advocacy Replacing limiting beliefs, practicing feedback, and building confident communication. Resilience & Regulation Managing emotions, reframing rigid thinking, and adopting habits that support performance and well-being. 💬 How We Learn Students engage in guided discussions, reflection, real-life scenarios, and structured activities that support executive functioning and identity development. Instruction is explicit, flexible, and designed to meet diverse communication styles and processing needs. The focus is on internal motivation, autonomy, and long-term skill development—not compliance-based behavior management.

Social Skills Group for Neurodivergent Learners: Grades K-2
A playful, in-person group designed for young neurodivergent children to learn, practice, and grow social skills in a warm, supportive environment. We focus on building confidence, kindness, and connection through hands-on activities and guided play. 🧩 What We Practice Talking & Listening Skills Taking turns, using a strong voice, and noticing when others are speaking. Friendship Skills Joining play, sharing ideas, and being a flexible teammate. Big Feelings & Calm Bodies Recognizing emotions and learning simple tools to calm down. Problem-Solving Together What to do when things don’t go as planned. 🎭 How We Learn Children learn best through play! Each session includes: Role-play and pretend play Games and cooperative activities Visual supports and modeling Guided practice with real-time coaching Our experienced educators gently support each child as they build confidence and practice new skills in a safe space. 🌟 Our Approach We use evidence-based strategies, including elements of the Social Thinking® framework, adapted for early elementary learners. Our approach is strengths-based, supportive, and developmentally appropriate.

FLASH Program for Neurodivergent Tweens and Teens
Empowering young learners with essential life skills through collaboration and growth. 🌟 What is FLASH? F.L.A.S.H. (Functional Learning And Skills Hub) equips neurodivergent tweens and teens with the tools they need to thrive in life and relationships. Through a structured and engaging program, participants will develop skills for independent living, household management, and community integration. 🧩 Key Focus Areas: Belonging & Safety: Creating inclusive spaces in the community. Purposeful Work: Aligning with meaningful and joyful employment. Communication: Building effective self-advocacy and communication skills. Healthy Boundaries: Learning to set and maintain boundaries. Executive Functioning: Mastering time management, organization, and more! 🌐 Curriculum: Sessions are guided using the Attainment Curriculum.

One-on-One Academic and Executive Functioning Support: All Ages
Individualized, strengths-based tutoring designed to support students in targeted academic areas while building executive functioning and social-emotional skills. This one-on-one option provides focused academic intervention in the area(s) identified by the school, while also embedding executive functioning and SEL strategies throughout each session. Our goal is not only to close skill gaps, but to strengthen confidence, independence, and long-term learning habits. Students typically qualify for 10–15 hours of support, completed over the summer and prior to August 20, 2026, when the fall semester begins. 📚 What We Focus On Targeted Academic Intervention Direct instruction and guided practice in the specific content area(s) identified by the school. Executive Functioning Skills Organization, planning, task initiation, sustained attention, and follow-through. Social-Emotional Support Building confidence, managing frustration, and developing a growth-oriented mindset. Learning Strategies Strengthening study skills and habits that transfer into the school year. 💬 How We Work Sessions are personalized, structured, and supportive. Our experienced Hopkins educators use clear modeling, scaffolded instruction, and real-time coaching to help students make meaningful progress in both academic skills and self-regulation. Each student receives individualized attention tailored to their learning profile, strengths, and goals. This option is ideal for students who benefit from focused, individualized support to prepare for a strong start to the upcoming school year.
